>>  Ecotourism

Today more and more people prefer to spend their weekends and holidays in the nature. This increasingly does result in conflicts between nature conservation and tourism, particularly in environmetally sensitive areas. To avoid such conflicts, ecotourism strategies need to be developed which allow the public to experience nature and wildlife without causing damage to species or protected areas - and also without interfering with social structures of the human population living in or near such areas.

We have the experience to develop and implement, in cooperation with local authorities, such ecotourism strategies, including visitor guidance and information, and consideration of socioeconomic aspects. We have been working on ecotourism planning in Europe as well as in Africa and Asia, where we profit from our international experience.
